Refund Policy

Please note: All of the policies on this website, integritywoodcraft.ca, only apply to the items that have been purchased on this website, integritywoodcraft.ca. If you purchased one of our products from any other website or dealer please refer to their return and warranty policy since the policies on this site won’t apply.

Warranty Policy

Integritywoodcraft.ca manufacturer's warranty, for Legacy Vents is 90 days against manufacturer's defects, from date of customer purchase.  In order to return any defective items, follow the return policy below.

Return Policy

We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on IntegrityWoodcraft.ca, please let us know as we would like to see if there is something, we can do to ensure your satisfaction.

If you still want to initiate a return, it must be done within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunded or exchange.

Please see the next section for additional policy information if the item arrived damaged or defective; different terms may apply.

Making a Return

  1. To return your order or items on your order, please CLICK HERE and fill out the contact form.
  2. You will have to list the items you would like to return and the reason. Damaged or defective items will require photos and a refund approval number and may qualify for free shipping. (Once it is determined if you qualify for free shipping or not, you will receive an email notification with in 3 business days stating our decision and an authorization # for those that are approved for free shipping. Email notification may be preceded by a phone call to further investigate the claim.)
  3. You will be provided with an address label and instructions on how to return your package.

Damaged and Defective Items

Damaged Items - In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund, provided you report the issue within 5 days after delivery received date.

It’s critical to report the issue within 5 days so that the cause can be determined, and a claim can be filed with the carrier if need be.

We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damaged product and packaging and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery.

Defective Items - In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives or becomes defective within 90 days of purchase, you may start a claim. Integritywoodcraft.ca manufacturer's warranty, for Legacy Vents is or 90 days against manufactures defects, from date of customer purchase.

To report damaged or defective items;

  1. To start a claim, please CLICK HERE.
  2. Let us know the order number and the items you would like to return. Damaged or defective items will require photos and a refund approval number and may qualify for free shipping. (Notification will be sent back to you with an authorization number if free shipping is approved with in 2 business days)
  3. You will be provided with an address label and instructions on how to return your package.

Refunds

If you requested a refund and it qualifies, you'll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged or defective items (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set), you will also receive a refund for any amount you may have paid through IntegrityWoodcraft.ca to have the item shipped to you. For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day Integrity Woodcraft Inc. receives and processes the eligible items. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If we are unable to refund the original method of payment, Integrity Woodcraft Inc. will provide you with store credit for the refund due to you, which may only be used for purchases on IntegrityWoodcraft.ca

Return/Refund Status

A Return/Refund notification will be sent as soon as your refund has been processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient as there is often some processing time and it may take a few days from time of Return/Refund notification, to be posted to your bank or credit card account. Please check your bank or credit card account a few days later and if you still have not received your refund, please CLICK HERE to contact us. In your email please include your refund number that you received in your Return/Refund notification.

Missing Items

If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us with in 5 days of your delivery received date. It’s critical to report the issue within that time period so that the cause can be determined, and a claim can be filed with the carrier if need be.

To report missing items, CLICK HERE to  create a claim so that we can be in touch with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 1 hours after placing the order by CLICKING HERE to be redirected to Your Orders page and selecting the "Cancel Order" button for the order. Note that the option to cancel will only appear for 30 minutes after you place an order. After that point, the order will be processed for delivery to you.
